We are hiring people who use generative AI to expand what people and businesses can do
Garoop does not evaluate people by ability or experience alone. We care about whether someone can learn openly, move quickly with generative AI, and fit our culture. Work directly with customers around our Nagasaki, Fukuoka, and Tokyo locations through proposals, sales meetings, onboarding, and operational support.
AI Team
Use tools such as ChatGPT, Codex, Google AI Studio, and NotebookLM for production, research, workflow improvement, and product development.
Internship
Students and people without prior experience are welcome. You can join real work while learning how to use generative AI in practice.

Working Conditions
Salary
Monthly salary from JPY 250,000. Final terms depend on experience, role, and work arrangement.
Employment
Starts with a 3-month contract employee period. A full-time employee conversion exam is available after 6 months.
Work Style
Office-based by default. Shorter working hours can be discussed.
Location
Nagasaki, Fukuoka, or Tokyo.
Holidays
Weekends and national holidays off.
Benefits
Full social insurance. Menstrual leave is available.
